A consultancy starts with
a free consultation visit to find out if our services
can provide financial and/or operational benefits to a potential
client. |
We provide services, ranging from
an audit of the existing situation, to the creation, development and
implementation of a complete marketing and sales strategy.
This could include:
- The Marketing Plan
- The Sales Plan
- Integration of the Marketing and Sales Plans.
- Infrastructure recomendations to support the
Marketing and Sales plans with an emphisis on CRM and e-mail systems
requirements.
- Providing an overall Implementation Plan.
- Management of the Implementation Plan.
- Co-ordination of the creation of collateral,
printed documents, web-site and PR services in support of the
Implementation Plan.
We also provide:
- Market Research
- Lead generation and appointment making.
- Appropriate marketing, sales and infrastructure
training.
Please note that we:
- Do not undertake any work, until a Client
has approved a detailed quotation for each stage of a consultancy.
- Issue a Confidentiality Undertaking.
